Pluraliza’s work is divided in three pillars: consulting, training and research.
The consulting services involves the diagnosis of diversity issues through the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, as well as the development of diversity & inclusion projects with recommendations of actions e policies that could help reducing diversity challenges and transform the work environment into more plural and inclusive.
As training services, we offer workshops and talks to introduce concepts related to the importance of diversity, including the discussion about unconscious biases, stereotypes, non-adequate terms for gender, race, sexuality and other inequalities.
The research pillar involves the development of interdisciplinary and independent research projects as a way to stimulate the debate and produce knowledge in the areas of inclusion, diversity and affirmative action in the corporate environment and labor market.
