In Brazil, municipal, state or federal initiatives were created to encourage public and private entities to establish measures for the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labor market and valuing diversity in the workplace.
The Diversity Certification Seals certify companies and organizations that have good inclusive practices in relation to people from many different groups – the disabled, the elderly, young people, blacks, women, and others.
We offer advisory services in the whole process of obtaining diversity certification seals before federal, state and municipal authorities, such as the Diversity Certification Seal of the State of São Paulo (Selo Paulista da Diversidade) and the Seal on Gender and Race Equality of the Federal Government (Selo Pró-Equidade de Gênero e Raça).
